**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Production Director to join our team at Ubisoft. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing best practices, processes, and tools to ensure the efficient, timely, and quality delivery of games and projects across the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with teams to ensure the successful delivery of games and projects, aligning with the brand's global roadmap.
- Collaborate with departments to consolidate and connect roadmaps and production plans, ensuring dependencies, deliverables, timelines, and risks are understood.
- Manage a centralized team of producers and project managers to support various initiatives and departments across the brand.
- Develop and implement processes to manage scope, resource planning, and change management.
- Own budgets, P&L, and ensure fiscal responsibility in conjunction with other brand leaders.
Collaboration and Service Provision
- Act as a service provider for operational, development, brand, and production needs that may arise during development.
- Establish the operational structure for the brand, its production teams, and resource allocation across projects.
- Implement a clear decision-making framework, roles, and responsibilities across projects.
- Work with leadership and teams to define deliverables, identify risks, report project status, set quality goals, and budgets, and establish processes to monitor, review, and mitigate them.
Content and Quality
- Work with teams to implement best practices, methods, and tools to achieve expected quality levels for each game.
- Develop plans to handle delays impacting the brand roadmap, schedule, or quality.
- Meet key milestones and goals across the project lifecycle.
- Achieve deliverables for brand stakeholders and departments.
- Ensure teams are properly staffed and equipped with necessary tools, software, hardware, and resources.
- Drive special projects aligned with the brand's evolving objectives and requirements.
- Procure and manage co-development partnerships and external vendors as needed.
- Centralize learnings and operational and production intelligence across studios and central teams.
Qualifications
- 10 years' experience as a senior video game producer, production/operations/brand manager, or relevant position in the multimedia or gaming industry.
- Experience as a project manager with a proven track record of successfully completing major games/projects in terms of quality standards, budget, time, and resources.
- In-depth knowledge of video game development.
- Good knowledge of change management.
