Key Responsibilities- Project Management

- Lead a centralized team of producers and project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures to ensure the efficient delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
- Contribute to the development of the brand's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and development, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Experience
- 10 years' experience in a senior production or operations role, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
