Job Description

**Job Title:** Brand Production Director

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Brand Production Director to join our team at Ubisoft Entertainment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of our games, ensuring timely and quality delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Operational Leadership:** Partner with teams to ensure efficient, timely, and quality delivery of games and projects on our global roadmap.
  • **Collaboration and Communication:** Collaborate with all departments to consolidate and connect roadmaps and production plans, ensuring all dependencies, deliverables, timelines, and risks are understood.
  • **Team Management:** Manage a centralized team of producers and project managers to support various initiatives and departments across the brand.
  • **Process Improvement:** Ensure all teams and the brand have processes to manage scope, resource planning, and change management.
  • **Financial Management:** Own budgets, P&L, and ensure fiscal responsibility in conjunction with other brand leaders.
Content Management:
  • **Content Strategy:** Work with and support teams in implementing best processes, methods, and tools to obtain the expected level of quality for each game.
  • **Project Management:** Drive special projects as it pertains to the brand's evolving objectives and requirements.
  • **Partnerships and Vendors:** Procure and manage co-development partnerships and external vendors as needed.
  • **Knowledge Management:** Centralize learnings and operational and production intelligence across studios, central teams as it pertains to development, production, and live operations.
Qualifications:
  • **Experience:** 10 years' experience as a senior video game producer, production/operations/brand manager, or other relevant position in the multimedia or gaming industry.
  • **Project Management:** Experience as a project manager with a proven track record of successfully completing major games/projects in terms of quality standards, budget, time, and resources.
  • **Industry Knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of video game development and good knowledge of change management.
