Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement global HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  • Provide coaching, support, and insights to leaders, enabling informed decision-making and maximizing retention, engagement, and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with leaders, using your business acumen and HR expertise to understand their objectives and develop people strategies.
  • Support leaders in evolving their organizational structure, roles, career paths, and objectives to maximize business execution.
  • Make recommendations on HR initiatives that enhance team and individual success, based on market trends, industry best practices, and business knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant HR experience, with at least 8+ years as a Business Partner supporting Senior Executive and/or C-level leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree/Post Secondary Education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience identifying and building strategic cross-functional partnerships across all levels of the business.
  • Passion for high-quality service to the business and delivering exceptional support.
  • Analytically driven with experience working with people and business metrics to guide decisions.
