About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Comfort Inn Belleville. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Policies

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel, including staff supervision, performance reviews, and training.

Supervise and Train Staff

Supervise and train our hotel staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service to our guests.

Manage Budgets and Finances

Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports to ensure the hotel is operating within budget and making a profit.

Market and Promote the Hotel

Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our hotel and attract new guests.

Ensure Guest Satisfaction

Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.

Requirements
  • 2+ Years of Hotel Operations Experience

You will need to have at least 2 years of experience in hotel operations, including experience in staff supervision, budgeting, and marketing.

Excellent Communication Skills

You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and other stakeholders.

Ability to Work Under Pressure

You will need to be able to work under pressure and make decisions quickly and effectively.
