About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Paramedic Wellness Specialist to lead strategic planning, research, analysis, development, evaluation, and implementation of wellness programs that support the psychological and physical health of paramedics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and recommend standards, policies, and practices that have positive impacts for Paramedic Services and employee health outcomes.
  • Coordinate and deliver wellbeing training and education programs.
  • Provide administrative support to the Peer Support program.

In this vital role, you will collaborate on proactive and preventive measures and programs, ensuring alignment with legislative requirements for psychologically healthy workplaces.

To be successful in this position, you will require expertise in developing and implementing wellness programs, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation Package

The salary for this role is approximately $53.37 per hour, based on the location and industry standards.
