We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Science Intensive Care Unit.

Job Description

This is a dynamic role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. As an Adult ICU Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, assess patients' needs, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

You will work closely with our experienced healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care, including vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and specialized treatments as required. Your expertise will help us maintain high-quality patient outcomes and contribute to a positive patient experience.

This position offers a competitive salary, commensurate with your qualifications and experience, estimated at $120,000 - $140,000 annually, based on a 0.75 FTE (full-time equivalent) schedule with opportunities for overtime pay.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM)
  • Post-graduate course in Intensive Care Nursing or equivalent experience
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
