Arvan Rehab Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in a Long Term Care home in London, Ontario. The successful candidate will work closely with residents to improve their activities of daily living.

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to provide assessment, treatment, and support to residents in a Long Term Care home.

**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct OT/ADP assessments for residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress notes
* Complete feeding assessments for residents
* Conduct assessments for falls prevention and Least Restraints, including reviews of bed rails
* Work with the Physiotherapist and Nursing staff on wound management
* Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to make recommendations for other interventions or treatments

**Requirements:**
* Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
* ADP Authorizer
* Professional License Insurance
* Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience working in a Long Term Care home is an asset
* Current police check for the Vulnerable Sector
