About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans for clients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families

Work Setting:

The Occupational Therapist will work in a community-based setting, providing services to clients in their homes, community centers, or other community-based locations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • 1-2 years of experience in a community-based setting
