Occupational Therapist Opportunity

Are you passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals? We're seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Physiotherapy.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with a diverse caseload of clients, providing individualized treatment plans and educating them on strategies to improve function. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including physiotherapists, kinesiologists, and psychologists.

Responsibilities

* Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
* Educating clients on pacing, pain, cognitive behavioral strategies, and task modification strategies to help improve function
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals
* Participating in case conferences and case management

Qualifications

* Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
* New licensed graduates welcome to apply
* Previous experience in psychotherapy an asset
* Previous experience treating clients with physical and mental health
