Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Community Setting

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at London Rehab Inc. in a community setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients to develop and implement personalized plans to improve their daily functioning and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients' needs and develop treatment plans to address their goals and objectives
  • Implement and evaluate treatment plans, making adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a community setting
