Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bolton Auto Collision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage the flow of information within the team
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency
  • Perform administrative tasks, including opening and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  • Develop and maintain administrative systems and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with event planning and coordination
  • Knowledge of business operations and administrative procedures
