Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Angel Pro-Clean Inc. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into our database and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
