Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

GURPREET KHURANA NOTARY CORPOR is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Operations: Maintain accurate records, manage office supplies, and ensure the office is running efficiently.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office.
Work Environment:
