Mann's Truck Sales & Leasing Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, opening and distributing mail and other materials, and recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will be required to work 35 to 40 hours per week and have a strong command of the English language.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
