We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at NETECH CABLING INC. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
About This Role:This is a permanent full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to staff members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member or area.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 to $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Work Language:The primary language of work is English.
