Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Employee Relations: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and determine eligibility to entitlements.

Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and human resources software.
