Job Description
The Associate, Human Resources provides timely and professional support to employees and Managers at Brookfield Asset Management. This role drives human resources initiatives and administers programs/policies that foster a positive working environment. Key aspects include providing reporting, analysis, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare presentations and reports for management, analyzing conclusions and recommending activities for enhanced efficiency and continual improvement of HR tasks and duties. Provide direction and review to HR coordinators for payroll preparation functions, such as new hire entries and bi-weekly payroll in cooperation with the payroll department. Offer guidance and support to all staff on human resources administrative queries, including policies and procedures. Support annual compensation/year-end review processes, including performance and salary/bonus reviews. Ensure accurate and efficient administration to meet specified deadlines. Manage immigration and relocation processes. Produce quarterly headcount reporting, including recruitment, exit interviews, employee information, etc.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of human resources experience. 5 years of experience with Workday or similar HR Management System (HRMS) solution. Advanced excel skills, using Vlookup, pivot tables, etc. Experience working with Workday and Applicant Tracking System considered a plus. Strong experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Client-service orientation supporting all levels of employees and executive management. Compensation and Benefits
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
