Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Fusion Pharmaceuticals US Inc. This is a unique opportunity to lead the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our employees.
Job Description- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all company facilities, including manufacturing, laboratories, and office areas.
- Manage capital projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with Health Canada, FDA, and GMP regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met, and facility operations are optimized.
- Monitor critical systems and provide 24-hour on-call support in case of system failure.
- Maintain awareness of health and safety issues and effectively manage safety consultants.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive facilities management experience, including oversight of lab environment.
- Strong background in facility operations and GMP regulations – both manufacturing and laboratory operations.
- Proven track record in managing capital projects and facility expansions.
