This is a high-visibility opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team as a Facilities Management Lead. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities
- Act as a backup resource as designated by the Maintenance Manager.
- Build strong relationships across teams to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Manage and optimize the annual maintenance budget.
- Prioritize and schedule machine repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Develop and refine preventive maintenance programs.
- Lead maintenance operations and enforce policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance challenges.
- Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff.
- Stay up to date with industry advancements.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance, preferably in manufacturing.
- ~3+ years experience working in a large manufacturing plant.
- ~Certified Trades License or a post-secondary degree/diploma in a technical field.
- Able to provide on-call support across shifts and occasional weekend work.
