Job Summary

At Ontario INC, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our administrative services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support, managing budgets, and supervising a team of administrative staff.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Supervise a team of more than 20 people

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative management
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
