Job Title: Administrative Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Services Director to join our team at Ontario INC.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of administrative staff, providing strategic direction, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our administrative services department.

$4,000,001 - $8,000,000 per year, depending on experience, is the estimated salary range for this position. As an Administrative Services Director, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, plan and administer budgets, prepare reports, and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

About You:
  • You will have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in finance, human resources, or administration.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are able to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • You are organized, efficient, and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of experience in administration, finance, human resources, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
