About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strengthening and integrating teams to operate effectively in a global environment. As a strategic partner, you will drive financial outcomes and identify opportunities for business improvement, leveraging your expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and building robust financial structures.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive policies, procedures, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives, including capital planning, mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, and special projects.
  • Oversight of all aspects of financial controlling, including month/year-end closing, compliance and external audits, balance sheet and cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, tax, treasury, and costing.
  • Plant-Level Financial Oversight: Manage finance and controlling activities across Business Unit plants, focusing on business cases, commercial discussions, customer negotiations, accounting, and collaboration with business unit teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry, with detailed knowledge of costing and financial operations.
  • A business partner mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage previous experiences to enhance organizational capabilities.
