The Business Administrator provides exceptional member experience by delivering personalized service, promoting credit union products and services, and supporting the Business Lending team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding member service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Business Lending team to provide administrative support and ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with members, identifying opportunities to promote credit union products and services.
- Process and maintain business memberships and accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Administer specialized accounts, such as estates and property management companies, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Act as the member point of contact for CAFT, providing expert guidance and support.
- Prepare bank confirmations and assist with credit card applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Solicit new members and foster business development through exceptional service, product knowledge, and teamwork.
- Provide administrative support and assistance to the Business Loan department, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of reports and documentation.
- Maintain open communication and cooperation with other staff to ensure a friendly and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Business Administration or other post-secondary education considered an asset.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Demonstrated desire to serve others in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to identify and act upon sales and service opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize using sound judgment to make timely and effective decisions.
- Knowledge of Access Credit Union's products and services.
- Ability to follow standardized policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of risk management within the financial industry.
- Proficient computer skills.
