Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Patron Career Staffing. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and other administrative documents.
  • Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our team, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
