Job Title: Global Accounts Director

Accor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Accounts Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales and management team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our key account base in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive account strategy to increase market share and revenue in Canada.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to increase Accor's presence and revenue.
  • Qualify client needs, expectations, and directions to define the value proposition and ensure proper delivery of agreements.
  • Keep abreast of global business trends and bring differentiating value by providing insights, market expertise, and innovative solutions.
  • Develop relationships and animate the account's third-party network to positively influence Accor's position across market segments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of global or property sales and management experience.
  • Ability to analyze the complete client business environment to lead a 360° strategic approach when applicable.
  • Meetings and Incentives expert with strong business knowledge.
  • Experience in handling complex commercial and contract negotiations.
  • Knowledgeable in revenue management and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to streamline complex sales processes.
  • Strong leadership skills to mobilize, coordinate, and ensure the commitment of non-related contributors.
