Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Global Analytics to join our team at Dye & Durham. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing analytics processes to support key decisions related to our key technology platforms globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Governance: Ensure the collection, storage, and maintenance of data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Advanced Analytics: Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, to derive valuable insights and enhance business forecasting.
  • Dashboard Development: Collaborate with the analytics team to create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports, that provide actionable insights to key stakeholders including executives and department heads.
  • KPI Establishment: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various business functions to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Business Partnership: Partner with leaders from Marketing, Sales, Product development, and other teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven strategies and solutions.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: Extensive commercial experience in an analytics role.
  • Leadership Skills: People management experience, able to be a motivational and inspirational leader to a global team.
  • Education: Degree in an applied quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Physics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced SQL skills, proficient in Python, SAS, R or other analytic programming language, solving analytic problems, and competent in the development and delivery of dashboards, reports, etc. utilizing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, etc.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts and concerns to technical and non-technical stakeholders, exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to Executive level.
