Job Title: Senior Account Director - Global Digital Marketing Lead



We're looking for a seasoned Senior Account Director to join our team. As a Senior Account Director, you will oversee the delivery of multiple campaigns across various channels and manage client relationships to ensure their success.



About the Role

This role involves project-managing the production process end-to-end, leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results, and representing DEPT to our clients. You will work closely with global counterparts to achieve shared goals and develop strong relationships with senior clients.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop annual strategies with senior clients to drive business growth
  • Oversee teams to develop digital content (creative, production) that exceeds client expectations
  • Lead, line-manage, motivate, and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results
  • Manage briefs from start-to-finish, ensuring successful delivery to deadlines across multiple campaigns
  • Liaise with clients and manage expectations to ensure a seamless experience
  • Communicate feedback to designers, copywriters, and developers to drive quality and efficiency
  • Plan and manage workloads of the team, keeping stakeholders apprised of capacity
  • Build a deep understanding of eBay's business, strategies, objectives, brand, audiences, and challenges, advising on communications solutions that meet their needs
  • Work closely with creative and strategy teams to have oversight of all statements of work/proposals
  • Maintain a strategic overview of assigned accounts – running regular internal client-facing account reviews
  • Effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality, and excellence
  • Match project tasks with opportunities for development so that employee potential is utilized to the maximum
  • Conduct performance reviews of team members and identify areas for improvement, give feedback, and recommend promotions or salary increases


About You

You'll be an experienced Senior Account Director with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. Your expertise includes:




  • A solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Experience delivering multi-channel marketing communications, including digital and direct
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects, partner with other teams and clients to manage expectations
  • Able to talk about tools and processes used for project management, creative approach, or business strategy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with ease and efficiency
  • Deep understanding of production and interactive processes and experience reviewing creative
  • Commercially driven with experience handling budgets and timelines
  • Proven business development experience and success
  • Resource management skills and ability to handle complex/sensitive issues
  • Experience leading others directly and managing a team
