About Us:
Savers is a purpose-driven company with a business model that people love for our impact on both the planet and local communities. As one of the largest for-profit thrift operators in North America, our mission is to champion reuse and inspire a future where second-hand is second nature.
We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse, providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.
At Savers, we are made up of people from many different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, all with something special to contribute. Our team members are passionate about creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members.
Your Role:
You will work as a Retail Warehouse & Production Associate, creating an exceptional customer experience while ensuring efficient inventory management and accurate data entry. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will make you an asset to our team.
About the Job:
- This is a Full-time position located at 101 Northview Blvd, Vaughan, ON L4L 8X9
- The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
- You will receive comprehensive extended health care plans, company-paid life and AD&D insurance, and a Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with a generous company matching provision
- Paid time off and a range of mental health services are also available
What You'll Get:
We offer an investment in your career path interests, with opportunities for growth and development. You'll have access to comprehensive onboarding and training from day one, including expert training from our in-house Savers University department.
Fair and Accessible Employment Practices:
