Work Tool Inventory Specialist

At Toromont Cat, we are seeking a highly skilled Work Tool Inventory Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in improving management and returns on work tools and attachments, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and maximizing sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute disciplined processes and procedures to limit write-downs of assets and maximize sale and gross profit dollars.
- Act as a resource for the field sales team, providing pricing and application support.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Regional Sales Managers to evaluate less-off assets, trade values of attachments, and repair requirements.
- Work closely with Service Operations to inspect, evaluate, and develop repair strategies for non-fleet attachments.
- Manage the dealership's attachment website and inventory, ensuring accurate identification, description, photos, and pricing.
- Pricing Specialist for Work Tool and Attachment deals, reviewing asset pricing, programs, deal structure, and reporting.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
- Self-motivation and adaptability to changing priority schedules.
- Caterpillar and/or heavy equipment experience is an asset.
- Sales experience is beneficial, but product knowledge is essential.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Post-secondary education in Business or equivalent experience.
