About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Assistant to join our team at TOPWEST CONSTRUCTION LTD. As an Insulator Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, adhering to company protocols and regulations.
  • Erecting and Dismantling: Assist in the setup and removal of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Apprentice Training: Provide guidance and instruction to apprentices, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Mixing and Spreading: Assist in the preparation and application of materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Cleaning and Salvaging: Clean and organize salvaged materials, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of our equipment and facilities.
