About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Sanjha Punjab Grocery Store Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, cashiers, and other store employees.
    • Provide guidance and training to staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Operations and Sales
    • Assign sales staff to duties and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
    • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory levels.
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels, including stockroom and display areas.
    • Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular exposure to cash handling, customer service, and inventory management.
