Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that customers can find what they need.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help the store manager make informed decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure that the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
