Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Convenience Store. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to perform their tasks effectively.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage our store's finances.
- Order merchandise and manage our inventory levels to ensure we have the right products on hand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure our store is well-staffed at all times.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain our store's inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
