About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team at Persons Community Solutions LTD. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and impartial manner, ensuring that all parties are heard and understood.
  • Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and support to individuals and families to help them achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
  • Compliance and Investigation: Identify and investigate compliance issues, ensuring that our organization is operating in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Work Environment

You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of professionals to provide high-quality services to our clients.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Community and social services, urban area, associations and non-profit organizations.
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Google Docs: Proficient in using Google Docs for documentation and communication.
Documentation and Reporting
  • Accident or Incident Reports: Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed reports of accidents or incidents.
Screening Questions
  • Residency: Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?
  • Experience: Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?
  • Certifications: Do you have the above-indicated required certifications?
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
