The Store Leader is responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales goals through strategic leadership, sales team development, and client relationship building.



Responsibilities

  2. Client Service Expert: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, drive repeat business, and ensure client books are utilized to generate increased sales.
  3. Leadership Presence/Steward of Talent: Coach teams to achieve financial success, develop and retain top talent, and provide opportunities for employee growth and advancement.
  4. Building Brand Equity: Partner with corporate to build brand awareness, communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic, and analyze business trends to increase sales.
  5. Operational Excellence: Ensure timely and accurate processing of markdowns, transfers, and inventory management, as well as maintain payroll budget and store schedule.


Requirements

  • Education and Experience: 5+ years of management experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment, with a focus on clienteling, and multi-store management experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Proven ability to develop and retain top talent, exceptional client service skills, proven leadership and organizational skills, and strong business acumen.
  • Physical Requirements: Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends, standing for extended periods, and lifting boxes up to 40 pounds.


Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
