Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve client retention, and enhance brand awareness.
- Lead by example, setting high standards for client service and sales performance.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, development, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, drive innovation, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices to inform business decisions.
- 5+ years of management experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- Proven track record of driving business results, developing top talent, and exceeding financial goals.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on location and experience.
