Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Systems Technician to join our team at Paladin Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion alarms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure CCTV systems, alarm systems, and related security equipment.
  • Perform cable pulling, termination, and routing as part of security system installation.
  • Provide training to customers on proper system usage and respond to technical inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning security equipment and systems.
  • Complete detailed and accurate paperwork.
  • Perform other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical role within the integrated security industry.
  • Postsecondary training in electronics or equivalent is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in cable pulling, installation, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Experience with security systems, CCTV, alarms.
  • Vendor Certification in low voltage systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with customers and team members.
  • Valid Driver's License with clean abstract.
  • Able to work independently.

Benefits:

  • Hourly Pay Range: $28ph - $37ph DOE.
