We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Alarm Technician to join our team at Provident Security. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting top-of-the-line security and home automation systems for our residential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and service security systems, including alarms, cameras, and access control systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with security systems
  • Recommend solutions to clients to meet their security needs
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements
  • Completion of Security System Technician Trade Qualification
  • Currently have or able to obtain security license
  • Valid class 5 driver's license
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Take pride in doing a job correctly the first time
  • Ability to troubleshoot and find the best solutions for clients
  • Able to work occasional paid overtime and be part of our paid, on-call rotation
