Job Description

GDI Integrated Facility Services is a leading provider of integrated facility maintenance services in the United States and Canada. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the office, including reception duties, switchboard operations, and record-keeping.
  • Financial Support: Assist with accounting tasks, such as invoicing, collections, and billing, as well as provide support to the finance department.
  • Clerical Tasks: Perform various clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and mail management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
  • High School graduate or post-secondary education preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of accounting and accounting systems.
  • Experience working with Great Plains software is an asset.
  • Proficient computer skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
