RGF Integrated Wealth Management is a dynamic and innovative financial services firm, dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support to our advisory teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client experiences.
  • Process client cheques, monitor debit balances, and perform daily account documentation reviews and transmissions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for support and issue resolution, providing timely and effective solutions.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Data entry and report generation.
  • Administering follow-ups and assisting with the execution and implementation of procedures.
  • Coverage for Receptionist duties during breaks and vacation/absence periods.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and excellent follow-up abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
