About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at tbk Creative. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of our clients' digital products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of user experience and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and develop design solutions that meet those goals.
  • Lead the design of digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and software applications.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure products meet user needs.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet technical requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with design systems and guidelines, and the ability to develop and maintain them.
