About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at tbk Creative. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centered design solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Lead the design process for complex projects, ensuring that design solutions are research-informed and meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, using data and research to inform design decisions.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement design vision and strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve design processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in user-centered design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and design thinking.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro.
  • Experience working on B2B and B2C solutions, with a strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) practices.
