Senior Mechanical Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Designer to join our team at JMP Solutions - Canada. As a Senior Mechanical Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom automation solutions using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other design tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop custom automation solutions for various industries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet customer requirements
- Perform engineering calculations to validate functionality and component sizing
- Develop 2D and 3D designs, assembly drawings, and manufacturing documentation
- Lead design reviews and communicate design direction to stakeholders
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in mechanical design and automation
- Strong knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other design tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
