El Toro Restaurant is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers. Your duties will include supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting reports, estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a team to success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, a permanent position, and be fluent in English. The working hours will be 35 hours per week.
