Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead to join our team at Alberta LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
