Overview

Black & McDonald Limited is a leading provider of mechanical services in Alberta. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth through new business development and strategic account management.

Job Summary

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to leverage their expertise and passion for delivering exceptional customer service to drive business success.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various sectors, including commercial and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • B build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A university degree or college diploma in business, commerce, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in outside sales or marketing, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid vacation time.
