We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at SMARTSTONE CONSTRUCTION LTD.

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers. You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development through market research and analysis
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of sales principles and practices
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Basic security clearance (preference but not requirement)
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Energetic, hardworking, outgoing, positive attitude, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, team player
