Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Lawson Jackpot Convenience Store. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize payments, manage cash, and maintain a secure and organized store environment.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and products are displayed attractively.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring they are meeting performance expectations.
- College/CEGEP education.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relocation costs not covered by employer.
- Work setting: Retail store.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- English.
