Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure that all sales staff are knowledgeable about our products and services and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset.
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
